pandangan aku lak...

belajar je lah betul betul sampai dapat degree... kalo ade rezeki, adalah tu kat mana mana...
kalo pandai pi study kat oversea.. so resume tu ade wieght sikit...
kalo dapat scholar and dapat belajar kat oversea... senang dapat keja kat mesia nih...

kalo yg blaja kat ipta or ipts local... jgn risau... ada la rezeki masing masing.. dan pastikan pointer tu 3.5 above...
kalo aku pilih resume dari 1000 applicant... (utk fresh grad)
aku akan listkan mane yang dapat pointer 3.5 above dulu...
tak kira dari u mane pun dtg... untuk aku tak buang masa intw budak budak fresh...
dalam 1000 orang tu ade la 80 org yang 3.5 above...
so... aku akan suh arrangekan intw ngan dieorang...
senang kan...
takkan dlm 80 org tu semua takda kualiti or hands on or apa saje yg aku minat dlm skill dieorang...

kalo nk intw kesemua org... mmg keja gile....

so yg belum grad tu... jaga pointer tu elok elok... heheheheheheh

ini cara aku nak nilaikan budak degree utk dieorang dpt keja...
